Dalia Productions · 2026
A debut feature film.
Canton, Georgia.
We remember getting off work and driving past Highway 140 at like 1 in the morning. We passed a sign that said "Canton 12" and it reminded us of an idea for a film ending we had. We didn't have the entire story done yet, just a few things and some technical choices. We wanted 99% of the film to be handheld. Handheld, to us, feels raw, natural, gritty, unpolished, and deeply rooted in authenticity.
The Man has just escaped from a mental institution and decides he wants to resolve relationships with his Sister and his Friend. On this journey, he meets new people that offer him a new perspective on life while also testing the bounds of which life can affect him.
We want to tell a story that can encapsulate what our hometown and past/present relationships means to us through filmmaking.
